Sorry, won't do - that looks EXACTLY like this part of France in winter. We have all of the above in the same combination.
Now if there was something uniquely English in the pic - say an anti-hunt demonstrator, then you'd have an icon

tiz similar to our part of France 'cept we don't have hedgerows.. just rows and rows of vines.. pretty in autumn and tastes pretty good but you still can't beat those neat little parcels of English countryside or pretty valleys and dales.
