The more you take those pictures the more I want to come for a visit. Knock it off! ;-)

Sorry, won't do - that looks EXACTLY like this part of France in winter. We have all of the above in the same combination.
Now if there was something uniquely English in the pic - say an anti-hunt demonstrator, then you'd have an icon

When you are over you must visit!
Kim seemed to enjoy it - http://www.theothersideofkim.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/9709

Where are the dogs?? I thought they did the driving?

They were just checking the rabbit holes out whilst we had a break....

...slave driver!

"Long shadows on county cricket grounds, warm beer, invincible green suburbs, dog lovers and old maids bicycling through the morning mist."

Hang on, haven't we been here before?

Great pic! I've been to London - but that's when I was very young. I need to return and see the countryside. Lyn from Bloggin' Outloud

tiz similar to our part of France 'cept we don't have hedgerows.. just rows and rows of vines.. pretty in autumn and tastes pretty good but you still can't beat those neat little parcels of English countryside or pretty valleys and dales.
