Happy Birthday to me - soon

Tim Worstall: Wikipedia Meme

Go to Wikipedia and look up your birth day (excluding the year). List three neat facts, two births and one death in your blog, including the year.

1803 - Napoleonic Wars: The United Kingdom revokes the Treaty of Amiens and declares war on France.
1876 - Wyatt Earp starts work in Dodge City, Kansas under Marshall Larry Deger.
1980 Mount St. Helens eruption: Mount St. Helens erupts in Washington,

1048 - Omar Khayym, Persian poet
1872 - Lord Bertrand Russell

1692 - Elias Ashmole

Could Wikipedia be wrong? I thought the signing of Amiens was 1803 and the breach 1804. Nah, must be my decaying memory.

Editor:- http://www.napoleon-series.org/research/government/diplomatic/c_timeline.html seems to think Wiki is correct and Worstall wrong, though I couldn't have guessed it to five years either way!

I share my birthday with none other than terrorist at large Gerry Adams.
Lucky me.

Born: Antonio Prohas, born in Cuba, was a cartoonist most famous for creating the comic strip Spy vs. Spy for MAD Magazine.

1893 - The Citizen's Committee of Public Safety, led by Lorrin A. Thurston overthrew the government of Queen Liliuokalani of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Hawaii is good real-estate!
