A Rubbish Statistic for Kennet Council

Meandering back from the pub last night I thought as a public service I would survey residents' acceptance of Kennet Council's Bin Bugs. Out of five bins outside people's homes only three still had their bug in them. Looks like 40% of residents have risked Coun. Chris Humphries' wrath and threats and removed them....

Maybe the others are unaware or not able to remove them for various reasons. Maybe helping them remove them could be a public service.

I'm thinking of offering a reward of a penny each for them when they get installed here. That will keep the kids busy during the cold and dark nights.

Hey, never took you as a bin searcher, alcoholic yes, but really is this the done thing? even down your way?

Meandering back from the pub through the backways while looking through the bins does not indicate low character. It is a sign of a curious mind, an investigator of public standards and a man of rightous indignation at a society that robs citizens of privacy.

Lucky these same citizens did not discover him.
