Now if "order of the bath" was a new name for water boarding then i would be totally in favour of this loathesome apparatchik getting this.

Didn't him and King "five times a night" Tone play watersports? The thought of Tone's old hag joining in, i.e. wet thunderthigh competition, is making me iffy!
