You could move to SA. Okay the power is a bit dodgy and half the government is as bent as a nine bob note, but a bottle of beer costs less than 50p, ciggies are less than a quid a packet and a decent bottle of plonk is still less than a fiver.
Oh and getting a gun isn't quite impossible yet either.
