Politicians, Tree, Rope...some assembly required

No, not that sort of swinging, there are ropes involved, the pictures on the Telegraph site looked promising with them with their feet off the ground dancing a Tyburn jig, holding onto a rope hanging from a gibbet, but sadly it looks like damn fool forgot to tie it around their necks. You just can't get the staff....

Surely Ed Balls should have completed a risk assessment and worn appropriate personal protective equipment (examples at http://www.northerntooluk.com/products.asp?partno=175501E ) before swinging on the rope: just like Harriet Harman would have done in similar circumstances one presumes.
