Dr Singer played a key part in last month's scientific conference in New York organised by the Non-governmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC), and gave me an advance copy of its new report (which is now available online - just Google "sepp" and "NIPCC").
I'm a little confused because he seems to be talking about Nature, Not Human Activity, Rules the Climate - Summary for Policymakers of the Report of the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (pdf) which was released and commented on here in February. It is a long summary well worth reading. I can't find a fuller newer report; if there is one please tell me and Mr Google.
