I remember recycling monitors a few years back. I was helping some friends move and their garage was filled with about a dozen old monitors. Here in the US you can't just take them to the dump like regular trash. You have to pay a special fee to recycle them. It would have been over $100 for the privilege. So we obeyed the law of unintended consequences and disposed of them in the garbage compactor at the new apartment. After an enjoyable minute of listening to the music of CRT vacuums being breached we retired for a few cold, adult beverages and celebrated a job well done.

Resource Future seems to have two genders, firstly the feminine, 'Futuress' and later the masculine plural (resource)futures.
How inclusive, how PC

"I wonder if they get a smart uniform to wear as they monitor our bins..."
Something nifty in black I imagine, perhaps with a skull insignia and a monocle.

So, I think that qualifies me for the job!
