Sushi "Coordinating Conjunction Of Your Choice" Nudes

South Africa's ANC deplores 'sushi on models' after scandal - Telegraph
South Africa's governing party has pronounced that eating sushi off the body of a model in a bikini is politically incorrect.
African National Congress secretary general Gwede Mantashe is unequivocal: "This act is anti-ANC and antirevolutionary. This act is defamatory, insensitive and undermining of woman's integrity."
Mantashe adds: "The ANC is not into nightclubs or partying, but it is a revolutionary movement."

I'm worried about that coordinating conjunction "but". It seems wrong, or is the revolutionary movement their equivalent to partying; "There is no wine but we have beer". Or did he mean "because"; "We don't party because we are a miserable bunch of Trots".
As if I didn't have enough else to worry about.

This from the same ANC which owns an MP who called for the specific and temporary legalisation of prostitution and living off immoral earnings during the 2010 FIFA World Cup. His idea was that it would bring in extra money and help under privileged women get their cut from the event.

It's also the same ANC whose relaxation of the censorship rules has allowed pron to be so freely available in South Africa that sex-shops and strip clubs now perform the same landmark function in Jo'burg as pubs do in the UK.

Personally, I have a problem with neither of these policies (though I would not just legalise prostitution for the World Cup only), but it seems the ANC is a bit bipolar on the subject.

If asked to express an opinion I'd say Mantashe is probably unhappy simply because he's a nekulturni oik who doesn't know how to behave and thus wasn't invited to one of these events.

Whereas being the rape capitol of the world is politically correct. Or hanging a burning tire around someone's head is clearly better then eating sushi of a nude woman.

Well I know who to leave off the party invites then...

Any time a party leader starts using the words "antirevolutionary", it's time to start the mass executions -- of the party leaders.
