Why do we need to "sign up for" fiscal discipline in the eurozone, when we are not part of the eurozone?
Two answers I suppose:
1. We'll be paying for it anyway
2. The Cameroid intends to join the eurozone once the current fuss has been magicked away.
When (2) comes about, it will turn out - naturally - not to involve any substantial transfer of power (according to D. Cameron esq) so there will, of course, be no need for a referendum.
